Frozen the musical announces cast for West End extension

Frozen the musical has extended its West End run and have announced new cast members! The show will be extending until March 2023 due to public demand.

Disney’s Frozen the musical will continue its run at Theatre Royal Drury Lane, where it opened last summer.

From the 28th September Emily Lane (who is currently in the production’s ensemble) will be cast as Anna and Djavan van de Fliert (making his professional stage debut) as Kristoff.

Continuing cast members include Samantha Barks as Elsa, Craig Gallivan as Olaf and Oliver Ormson as Hans. Additionally, Richard Frame continuing as Duke of Weselton and alternating the role of Sven are Mikayla Jade and Ashley Birchall.

Completing the cast are Jeremy Batt, Laura Emmitt, Matt Gillett and Justin-Lee Jones. In addition to, Jacqui Sanchez as Queen Iduna, Jak Skelly as Oaken/Bishop, Kerry Spark as King Agnarr and Anna Woodside. Also continuing, Luke Fraser Yates, Rhianne Alleyne, Danny Becker and Marianne Bardgett. Additionally, Rebecca Botterill, Char Burnett as Bulda, Collette Coleman and Davide Fienauri. Joined by, Jemal Felix, Jordan Fox, Molly Francis and Harriet Samuels. More cast include, Isabella Glanznig Santos, Ben Irish as Pabbie and Aoife Kenny. Finally, Jordan Livesey, Joshua Robinson, Caitlin Tipping, and Rodney Vubya.

The production features music and lyrics by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, a book by Jennifer Lee, and direction by Michael Grandage.

Frozen features choreography by Rob Ashford and set and costume design by Christopher Oram. Lighting design is by Neil Austin, sound design by Peter Hylenski and video design by Finn Ross. Puppet design is by Michael Curry and musical supervision and arrangements by Stephen Oremus.
