Full casting has been revealed for the Buxton International Festival production of Gypsy. The show will run from 7th – 24th 2022 July at Buxton Opera House.
Cast for Gypsy at Buxton
Joanna Riding as Madame Rose, Monique Young will play Louise (aka Gypsy Rose Lee), while David Leonard joins as Herbie and Hannah Everest as June.
Joined by Rebecca Lisewski as Mazeppa, Aiesha Naomi Pease as Electra and Tiffany Graves as Tessie Tura. Also including, Liam Dean who will play Tulsa and James Rockey as Uncle Jocko.
More cast include: Michael Dean-Wilson, Lisa Dent and Callum Mann. Lastly Alex O’Reilly, Megan Hollie Robertson and Samuel Ashall.
The creative team feature director Paul Kerryson, conductor Ben Atkinson and choreographer David Needham. Additionally, set design is by Phil R Daniels, costume design is by Charles Cusick Smith, lighting design is by Jake Wiltshire and sound design is by Andy Johnson.
