Lady Gaga has confirmed she’s set to join Joaquin Phoenix for a new Joker film! It is reportedly set to be a musical movie.
The film will be released on 4 October 2024, and titled Joker: Folie à Deux. Lady Gaga is rumoured to play Harley Quinn alongside Phoenix, continuing his role as the Joker.
Directed by Todd Phillips, the composer and lyricist for the new film have not been announced yet.
The Joker (2019) grossed over $1 billion at the global box office, also winning Phoenix a Best Actor Academy Award.
