Rachel Zegler To Star As Snow White in Disney’s Live Action Re-make.

Disney have not announced anything as of yet, however this is what we know so far from other sources…

Rachel Zegler has been cast as Disney’s Snow White Live Action Re-make. Rachel posted hints to her social media, before confirming with an Instagram post, saying it was ‘a dream come true’.

Zegler is a singer, songwriter and actress. Most recently, Rachel Zegler has been working on the Steven Spielberg’s remake of West Side Story. Rachel has starred as Maria and the movie is set for release in December this year.

Disney has not announced a release date for the film or whether the film will premiere in theatres or Disney+. However, production is set to start in 2022.

Disney’s Snow White Live Action adaptation is rumoured to contain parts of the original story and include new songs written by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul. The film is to be produced by Marc Platt and adapted by Erin Cressida Wilson.
