The full line up of celebrities have been announced for this year’s BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing. Strictly Come Dancing celebrities for 2021 have been posted, but who will be taking to the Strictly floor?
The fifteen Strictly Come Dancing 2021 celebrities are:

The first three celebrities were announced on BBC’s The One Show.
- The first celebrity to be announced was Tom Fletcher. Tom was part of the boy band sensation McFly, he is a musician, an author and a dad. He is married to I’m a Celebrity winner, Giovanna Fletcher. McFly previously had another member on the show, Harry Judd won Strictly Come Dancing back in 2011. But will Tom follow in his footsteps?
- Following on from Tom, Robert Webb was then also confirmed. Robert is a presenter, comedian and an actor, he famously made up half of the double act Mitchell and Webb alongside David Mitchell. Back in 2009, Robert took part in the Comic Relief show, Let’s Dance For Comic Relief. He performed the iconic Flash Dance number dressed in a leotard, so will he be prepared for what is in store on strictly?
- AJ Odudu was the next star to be announced for the show. AJ is a tv presenter, best known for co-presenting the Channel 5 reality show spin-off, Big Brother On The Side. Odudu has always been involved in live presenting across radio and tv, so she will be used to going live in front of millions. However, will she be as comfortable dancing in front of millions?

- The next celebrity confirmed was John Waite. John is a cookery writer and baker. He can often be seen on Steph’s Packed Lunch over on channel 4. But while John can cook up a storm in the kitchen, will he be cooking up his best moves on the dance floor?
- Rhys Stephenson confirmed he would also be joining the Strictly class of 2021. Rhys is a children’s TV presenter over on CBBC. In 2019, ex CBBC presenter Karim Zeroual went on to be a finalist on the show. The question is, will Rhys be able to follow in Karim’s footsteps?
- The next star, was dragon Sara Davies. Sara is best known for appearing on the BBC show Dragons Den as one of the investors/dragons. We know Sara is a renowned for her business skills. But what will happen when she swaps a boardroom for a ballroom?

- BBC Strictly then announced that Katie McGlynn would also be making an appearance in the 2021 series. Katie is an actress. She is known for starring in Coronation Street, Waterloo Road and Hollyoaks. Can she bring some drama from the soaps into the ballroom?
- Upon finishing BBC’s Olympic Breakfast, Dan Walker was then announced. Dan is a journalist, a news reader and a TV presenter. He is known for presenting Football Focus, BBC Breakfast and many more. Can Dan go from newsroom to ballroom?
- Tilly Ramsay was later revealed she would be joining the show. Tilly is a TV presenter, chef and social media influencer. She is best known for presenting the BBC cooking show, Matilda, and the Ramsay Bunch on CBBC. Can Tilly cook up a storm on the Strictly Floor?

- Following on from these stars, Greg Wise was added to the line up. Greg is an actor and producer. Greg has recently played Lord Mountbatten in the Netflix Drama, The Crown. But will he be a Royal success on the dance floor?
- Nina Wadia confirmed she would be joining the strictly season ahead. Nina is also an actor, producer and presenter. She is known for playing the role of Zainab Masood in EastEnders and Mrs Hussein in the spin off of Open All hours, Still Open All Hours. Will Nina be able to dance all hours?
- Upon returning from the Tokyo Olympics, Adam Peaty was also added to the show’s cast. Adam is a Professional athlete. He is a triple Olympic Champion in Swimming. Adam strives for gold and with the title of Olympic Champion, will he also be swimming his way to Strictly Champion?

- One of the last celebrities to be announced was Rose Ayling-Ellis. Rose is an actor. On EastEnders, Rose plays the role of Frankie Lewis. Rose will also be the first deaf person to take to the Strictly Ballroom. We know Rose is an incredible actress but is her dancing up to the same level?
- Penultimately Judi Love confirmed her appearance on the show. Judi is a comedian and presenter. You will normally find Judi on the panel of the day time TV show, Loose Women. Judi is also a columnist for OK Mag, but will her dancing be OK or will she shine on the dance floor?
- Lastly, Ugo Monye joins the line-up to complete the strictly class of 2021! Ugo is a TV presenter and former Rugby Union Star. Ugo is known for playing for the England Squad and the Harlequins. But on the dance floor will Ugo be dancing over the try line?
We are so excited to see this year’s line up in action! Who will be partnered with who, and most importantly, which of these stars is going to be the Strictly Come Dancing Champion 2021?
