Casting has been announced for the transfer of 2:22 A Ghost Story to the Gielgud Theatre. The show will return to the west end from the 4th December 2021 for a 10 week run.

Casting include: Stephanie Beatriz (Encanto, In The Heights) will play the role of Lauren. Joined by comedian and actor James Buckley (The Inbetweeners) as Ben. Also staring Elliot Cowan (Ultimate Force, The Spanish Princess) will play Sam and author and actress Giovanna Fletcher as Jenny.

After breaking all box office records for a new play at the Noel Coward Theatre; described as the theatre event of the year and the hottest ticket in the West End; and after weeks of sell-out performances, we expect nothing less at the Gielgud Theatre.

Jenny believes her new home is haunted, but her husband Sam isn’t having any of it. They argue with their first dinner guests, old friend Lauren and new partner Ben. Can the dead really walk again? Belief and scepticism clash, but something feels strange and frightening, and that something is getting closer, so they’re going to stay up… until 2:22… and then they’ll know.

2:22 – A Ghost Story creative team include: Written by award-winning writer Danny Robins. Robins is the creator of the hit BBC podcast The Battersea Poltergeist. The show is directed by Matthew Dunster and set design by Anna Fleischle. Additionally, costumes is by Cindy Lin and with lighting by Lucy Carter. Also, Ian Dickinson as sound for Autograph Sound, and illusions is by Chris Fisher.
