9 To 5 The Musical has announced that Clair Sweeney will be joining the touring cast as Violet Newstead. The TV and musical theatre star will replace Louise Redknapp as the lead role. Claire Sweeney will join the production of 9 to 5 The musical on the 11th January 2022 until 5th March 2022.

The show features hit musical numbers by Dolly Parton. 9 to 5 , is based on the story of three women who have reached their limits with their rude, sexist and arrogant boss. A plan is constructed to kidnap their boss and turn the tables, with the women being left in charge to run the office. Will events go to plan or will they unravel when the CEO pays an unexpected visit? This musical is guaranteed to give you some laughs along with an outstanding musical score and sense of unity and team work!
The production UK Tour featuring Louise Redknapp will end on the 4th December 2021 and will start again on the 11th January 2022 by replacing Louise with Claire Sweeney in 9 to 5 The Musical.
