BBC Strictly Come Dancing have announced the return of their judges for the 2021 season. However, there is a new face among the judging panel! Anton Du Beke is set to replace Bruno Tonioli as a judge for 2021.

BBC strictly sees the return of their judges. Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse and head judge Shirley Ballas are set to return. Bruno Tonioli usually is the fourth judge and normally films both BBC’s strictly come dancing alongside ABC’s Dancing With The Stars. However, last year due to covid restrictions Bruno was unable to fly back to film the UK’s Strictly Come Dancing. This called for a last minute replacement, Anton Du Beke. Anton is much loved by the public and viewers of the show and received a great response when filling in as a judge on the show.

This year, Anton will replace Bruno on the show for the whole series. Anton Du Beke will now have a permanent place on the judging panel for the 2021 series. Since the announcement, Anton has put out statements on his social media pages. Anton says, ‘I’m absolutely thrilled to bits to be joining these wonderful judges! Cloud nine, seventh heaven, over the moon’. He then went on to thank the BBC and Strictly, find his twitter post below:

We are so excited to see Anton join the 2021 judging panel. After another tough year for so many, we can’t wait for strictly to be back on screens on Saturday Nights! Not long now!!!
