The Show Must Go On
The Show Must Go On!

After an incredibly rough year for the arts industry, The Show Must Go On ran from Wednesday 2nd of June – Sunday 6th of June at The Palace Theatre London. On the final performance, the live stream of the show was available to audiences at home on YouTube at 7pm. This incredible event was put on by the fantastic Theatre Support Fund. Over the past year their work has been integral for the arts sector by helping provide funds for performers and creatives within the theatre industry.

The evening consisted of some of the most high calibre West End shows including: &Juliet, Six, The Lion King, Mary Poppins, Hamilton, Dear Evan Hansen, Pretty Woman The Musical, Tina Turner The Musical, Mamma Mia, Book Of Mormon, Come From Away, Matilda, Everybody’s Talking About Jamie, Les Miserables, Phantom Of The Opera, Wicked, The Prince Of Egypt. It also featured all the stars of the evening singing The Show Must Go On by Queen and a wonderful orchestra and a fantastic choir to help with all the ensemble vocals; this choir was made up of 2020 graduates.

The Theatre Support Fund has now raised an incredible 1 Million Pounds for charity! the charities include; Acting for Others, Fleabag Support Fund and NHS COVID-19 Urgent Appeal
